Szechuan-infused vodka
1/4 cup
coconut milk
As needed
ginger beer
1 slice each
lemon & lime

While we’re usually all about the lowest of high brows when it comes to entertaining - say, a solid cheap beer or a nice box o’wine (they exist, we swear) - sometimes it’s fun to bust out some cocktail skills to impress all your friends who thought they already knew all your tricks.

Enter: the tiki bev. We like to call this one The Beach Party, because the creamy mix of a floral Szechuan - infused vodka, zippy citrus, and spicy ginger will pretty much immediately transport any sipper to the place they’d all rather be - the beach.


  1. Combine vodka and coconut milk in a tall Collins glass and stir.
  2. Add crushed ice.
  3. Fill to the top with ginger beer and serve with slices of lemon and lime
